Different methods of saving with Wrexham County Borough Credit Union

Making deposits into your savings account could not be easier. Wrexham County Borough Credit Union allows its members to save in many different ways; so you are sure to find a way that is easy and convenient for you!

If you are an employee of Wrexham County Borough Council, Glyndwr University, Clwyd Alyn Housing Association, AVOW or Wrexham Woman's Aid why not take advantage of our payroll deduction scheme? You can arrange this by completing a Payroll Deduction Form for a set amount to be taken out of your wages each month. This amount will then be transferred across to  your Wrexham County Borough Credit Union savings account.  

Otherwise members may wish to suggest to their employers that a similar scheme could be implemented within their place of work. Wrexham County Borough Credit Union would be more than happy to discuss the possibility of implementing such a system with any employer who is interested.  If an employer is interested, please contact Wrexham County Borough Credit Union at 51 King Street, Wrexham, LL11 1LA, or via e-mail to info @ wrexhamcu .co.uk, or telephone 01978 266843.

Additionally, members can decide to have their wages paid electronically and directly into their Wrexham County Borough Credit Union account.

Another alternative is to save by standing order through your Bank or Building Society.  All you need to do is complete the Standing Order Form and return it to your bank or building society to commence payments.

You can use your Wrexham Credit Union Membership Card at the Wrexham Council One Stop Shop in Lord Street, the Cash Office in Lambpit Street and the Estate Offices in Rhos, Plas Madoc, Caia Park, Brynteg and Gwersyllt to deposit cash savings into your account. 

There are also PayPoint outlets throughout the area where cash deposits can be made with a seperate Wrexham County Borough Credit Union PayPoint card (Please DO NOT use the standard membership card - ask for further details).
