Extra protection with Wrexham County Borough Credit Union For the benefit of its members, Wrexham County Borough Credit Union has arranged a life insurance policy with CUNA Mutual Group. Life savings insurance allows every member to build their savings in a safe and secure environment within the Credit Union at no direct cost to the member (certain restrictions apply). In the event of a death of a member, a sum (in addition to the savings balance up to a maximum of £5,000) is paid to the member's nominated beneficiary, which up to the age of 64 can be double the savings amount. A member can change their nominated beneficiary at any time by completing the Change of Details Form. Additionally, Wrexham County Borough Credit Union provides members with FREE loan protection insurance. Loan protection insurance pays off a members outstanding loan balance in the event of their death (certain restrictions apply).
